DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country.
All UK orders are delivered within 1-2 working days from the dispatch date (unless stated otherwise), and standard shipping means we deliver Monday through Saturday.
International orders should allow approximately 1-2 working days from date of order, to dispatch.
All UK orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday.
All UK orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, or if placed after 2pm on Saturday, the following week.

Delivery Options
We offer UK, European and International tracked post, standard and Express delivery.
We only offer next day delivery to the UK (Monday to Saturday); our order processing cut-off time is 2pm (GMT) for Next Day services.
No deliveries are made on Sundays.
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used during checkout. This will include your order number.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you've selected a tracked service, we will pass your information to the courier so you can receive detailed tracking information from them directly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. The email will include a tracking number and link.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation and it has been longer than 48 hours, please contact help@hoodrichuk.com .
